Results

At Iveco grew the annual sales penetration of the UK & ROI market from 45% to 69%. Achieved by leading a change revolution in the UK dealer network, increasing the dealer sales force from 10 to 60, supported with quality training and marketing.

At Serck Intertruck Increased National Account sales from my personal customer portfolio from £1.3M to £3.8M over 2 years, increasing margin from £400K to £1.2M.

At MAN developed new product offerings and new market sectors bringing £9M of previously untapped revenue to the company.

At Finelist negotiated groundbreaking contracts, bringing new, £3M of previously untapped market sectors to the company.
